This can have various issues. So lets start with the most obvious one. Spyware and Viruses. The reasoning is that your Task Manager is really busy.

Hello,

I have a problem with my WIndows 2000, each time i turn the computer on, nothing appears on the screen and everything is blue.I have to restart to get it to work as normal again.When i see the task manager, it seems to be very busy or something, what can i do to make this stop? PLease help me as soon as possible cuz its really frustrating to me to have to reboot it twice each time i want to use it.
