1. Uninstall any anti virus software for the time being, untill it is fixed.
2. Try alternating the RAM to see if maybe one piece of ram is defective. Make sure that the one you leave in there is in slot 0 (the first one from the right)
So that means you take all the ram out (make sure that you have an antistatic wristband (costs $2), so that you do not shock the ram.
Put one piece of ram into the slot and boot it up. See if it fails again. If yes take the other piece of ram and put it in there. Boot it up and what until it reboots.
If it also then reboots then either both pieces of ram are defective (highly unlikely)
So let's try this and get back to me when done. It is a process of elimination.
