CodeCharge from Yessoftware.com, they've been around for about 10 years, and you can do amazing things with this software. There is a free trail for 30 days. The program supports any programming language. ASP, dot net, php, coldfusion, java.
It allows you to make database driven forms, reports....in about a 100ds of time it would normally take you. Customization is tough and takes quite a while to learn the logic and commands, but it is absolutely fascinating. Check it out.
